Since 2001, Vermeer Consulting has supported organizations in complex IT projects and digital transformations. In my role as a project and programme manager, I work with both public and private organizations, nationally and internationally.My strength lies in connecting strategy, governance and execution. In complex programmes, I bring structure, managerial clarity and effective decision-making, enabling organizations to successfully realize change.I often work in environments where IT systems play a crucial role in daily operations and where reliability, compliance and collaboration between multiple stakeholders are essential.

Over the past years, I have led projects and programmes for organizations such as UWV, the Chamber of Commerce, Rijnstate and CAK. In addition, I have guided international implementations in highly regulated environments.My assignments are often situated at the intersection of technology, organization and governance, where multiple stakeholders are involved and where projects have a significant organizational or societal impact.
